He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Collins and Violet Collins; his daughter Sandra 'Sue Collins Mangum; his siblings, Harvey Collins, Eva Mae Barnhart, Montez Dady and Doris Green; and his great grandchild Dillon Walrath.
He is survived by: his daughter Sue; his wife Peggy Collins; his daughters, Shirley Wilkins (Bruce) of Clinton, Janice Eversole of Clinton and Carla Bramell of Clinton; his grandchildren, Stephanie Nichols, Sara Heistand, Kim Dalton, Lindy Bramell, Justin, Jonathan Eversole and Katie Bramell; his stepgrandchildren, Kenneth and Michelle Wilkins; and his sisters, Eula Moreland and Annabell Matson. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many neices and nephews.
The family suggest memorial contributions to Clinton Senior Center and may be left in care of the funeral home.
