She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis H. Hawkins; and her daughter Vickie. She is survived by: her children, Nancy, Helen, Michael, Teresa (Tess), Annette, Brittany and Ashley. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
