He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Herbert and Alice Ruth Walker (Cleek); and his siblings, Howard Herbert, Mary Casey, Jody Perry and Linda Jennings.
He is survived by: his close friend Sharon; his children, Alicia (Chris Kelly) of Lenexa, Jason Walker of Overland Park, Tiffany (Jon Siskey) of San Antonio and John Kirby of Kansas City, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Jamie, Rachel, Bobby Kelly, Olivia, Jillian, Joey Siskey and Savannah Walker; his great grandchild Miles Gallardo; and his sister Jeanette Wheeling of Independence. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Parkinson's Foundation or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
