He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fisher; his daughters, Brenda Moore (Brian) of Lebanon, Angie Huff (Tommy) of Lebanon and JoAnna Hinkebein of Clarksville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Travis, Paige, Sam, Sydney, Cameron and Lance; his great grandchildren, Elan, Laythym, Oliver, Bensyn, Kensingtyn and Everett; and his siblings, Becky Sissell (Steve) of Nixa, Missouri and Jim Bentch (Mary Lou) of Stoutland, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
