He was predeceased by: his fathers, Ralph Skaggs and Vernon Skaggs; his brothers, Delmer and Leroy Skaggs; and his niece Donna Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Trudy (Parsons); his children, Deanie, Rob Cleary, Lisa, Brett Winkler, Jeff and Tricia Skaggs; his sister Kathy Parks; his grandchildren, Miranda, Hailey Cleary, Shyann Finley (Cameron), Nathan Skaggs (Kailey), Justin and Tristan Skaggs; his great grandchildren, Raelee and Remi Finley; and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Skaggs and Judy Skaggs.
