He is survived by: his sons, Cody Mullins of Columbia, MO, Dalton Mullins of Columbia, MO and Dakota Mullins of Columbia, MO; his significant other Kim Graham of Climax Springs, MO; his siblings, Joseph Mullins (Sue Cowell), Shelley (Marvin Cline), Sharlet (Dave Anderson), Sherry (Don Silvers), Bobbie (Jimmy Bench) and Gail (Edwin Prato); his grandchildren, Ayden, Colton, Devin, Noah, Lenyx, Zoey and Mikey; and also, Tabitha Brown, Sandi Graham, Michael Austin, Kayce and Nick Kern.
