He is survived by: his wife Bobbi; his daughters, Megan (Steven Evans) and Baylee (Romeo Portillo); his grandchildren, Harper and Delilah Evans; his mother Ruth Wolfe; his sister April Phinney (Robert); his niece Emma Phinney; and his nephews, Truman Phinney, Ryan Izatt and Nathan Izatt. He is also survived by his family, grandkids and friends.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Northwest Fire Protection District in John's memory.
