He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Wilson and Treva Jewel Hale (Fitzgerald); his daughter Angela Lynette Hale; and his sister Joyce E. Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Smith; his children, Sheri Orrick (Bill) of Blue Springs, Cindy Diaz (David) of Independence and Steve Hale (Debbie) of Pleasant Hill; and his sister Christine McMurphy of Pleasant Hill. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
