She is survived by: her parents, Frank W. A. Fleming and Mallah Iola Fleming (Crayton); her spouse Charles T. Waisner, Jr.; her daughter Mallah J. Buell Garnier (Jon) of Edwards; her stepgranddaughter Denise Brown of Columbia; her grandson Timothy F. Buell of Deland; her great grandchild Levi Franklin Buell of Chipley; and her great great grandchildren, Adilynn Buell, Abigail Buell and Lucas Brown.
