He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Elliott F. and Helen Parker (Jones). He is survived by: his wife Diane Parker; his children, Wendi Schoenekase (Steven) of Labadie, Kenneth A. (Tony), Jennifer Parker-Moore (Gregory) of Olathe and Rebecca Parker of Moline, Illinois; his grandchildren, Alexis, Amanda, Andrew, Drew, Trisha, Alex, Shane and Nick; his great grandchildren, Anna, Luke, Fritz and Rilyn; and his sister Joyce Bottoms of Dubuque, Iowa. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
