It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne F Townsend of Clever, Missouri, born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Townsend and Ruth Townsend (Frey); and his sister Dolores Schupbach. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Townsend; his children, Laura Gordon (Mark), Lecil Townsend (Gaby), Lanelle Horton (Rick) and Les Townsend (Tara); and his siblings, Eldon Townsend (Mary), Lillian Steward (Bob) and Edna Segar. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
