He is survived by: his children, Tracy Whitaker (Karina) of Nixa, Shawna Johnson (Jeremy) of Blue Springs and Danny Whitaker of Blairstown; his grandchildren, Brianna, Tristan Whitaker of Nixa, Nicholas, Justin Johnson of Blue Springs, Rebecca Whitaker of Warrensburg and Vincent Whitaker of Clifton Hill; his sister Beverly Hocker (Lyle) of Lee's Summit; his pet Angie; and also Minkyung Pering of Springfield. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
