She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosco Oscar and Eathel Agnus Gaddy Boatright; her husband Terry Gale Keltner; and her brothers, Gene, Dale and Joe.
She is survived by: her son Kent; her daughter-in-law Taffy Keltner; her daughter Teresa Waters; her grandchildren, Devin, Bailey Keltner, Katie Lathem, Ethan Keltner, Adrianna Waters and Brennan Waters; her great grandchildren, Brantley Keltner, Aubrey Lathem and Addilyn Keltner; her brother Bob; and her sister-in-law Nancy Boatright. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
