It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruthann Cobain (Clever, Missouri), born in Anacortes, Washington, who passed away on September 9, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd W. Watson and Jettie Watson (Milne); and her siblings, Robert Watson and Mary Ellen Hogan. She is survived by: her husband Steven Cobain; her daughters, Samantha Kilgore (Travis) of Anacortes, Washington and Whitney Tracy (John); her grandchildren, Ronan Kilgore, Dean Kilgore, Blakely Tracy and Bristol Tracy; and her brothers, Jerald Watson and John Watson (Chris).
