He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Russell and Lena Russell (Langley); his siblings, Paul Denzil Russell, Tommy Gene Camron and Bonnie Louis Lakins; his daughter Lois Gayle Bebout; and his stepgrandson Raymond Daugherty.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Essick; his son Charles Andrew Russell (Angel); his granddaughters, Jessica Smith (Kyle) and Emily Bebout; his stepgrandchildren, Vickie Nethery (Chris), Tyler Wayne Daugherty (Amanda) and Kelly Ann Garner (Nathan); and his son Chris Sadler. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family and countless friends.
