We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2024, at the age of 80, Norma Whisnant of Clever, Missouri, born in Ozark, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul and Estie Martin Dougan (Little); her son Keith Allen; and her brother John Martin. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Maggard, Richard Maggard (Conita) and Anita Smith (Dwight); her grandchildren, Tommy Maggard, Derek Maggard (Cassie), Kenny Maggard (Madison), Kesha Abbott (Brandon), Cary Haworth (Tiffany), Kelsey Haworth, Amanda Smith, Aaron Smith, Lauren Smith, Russell Silva (Amy), Jessica Allen, Joshua Summers, Blake and Savannah Ivey; and her siblings, Nita Freeman (Paul), Jimmy Martin (Janet) and Christy Tabor. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
