She was predeceased by: her husband Charles David Phillips, Sr.; her son Steven Wayne Phillips; and her grandson Marcus Wayne Gregory Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Steve, Charles Phillips, Jr. (Melody), Ray Phillips, John Phillips (Cathy Simmons) and Lora White; her daughter-in-law Cindy Phillips; her grandsons, Michael, Matthew, Elroy, Zachary, Nicholas and Jacob; her stepgrandchildren, Austin, Carol, Christina and Cory; her great grandchildren, Layla, Emmett, Everett, Paxton and Griffen; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Judy, Kaden, Logan, Matthias, Chyanne, Riley and Ryan; and her siblings, Anna Lee James, Paul Raymond Solomon (Shirley) and Marie Skaggs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
