He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Williams and Dessie Williams; his son Dale Williams; and his siblings, Delbert Williams (Juanita), Beuren Williams (Pauline), Nina Voicey (Bud), Erma Bauman (Henry), Hershel Williams (Mrytle), Roella Williams (Don), Vancel Williams, Naomi Tritch (Gilbert) and Glenda Rothman (George).

He is survived by: his wife Jan Williams; his daughter Michelle Williams; and his grandsons, Tristan Runner and Cole Williams-Lowry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
