He is survived by: his significant other Diana Sparkman; his children, Ashley Miller (Doug Miller) of Republic, MO and Landon Sparkman (Whitney Sparkman) of Sparta, MO; his grandchildren, Brandon Miller, Joshua Miller, Camron Miller, Troy Sparkman, Jayce Sparkman, Shane Sparkman and Natalee Sparkman; his great grandchildren, Wynnie Miller and Salem Miller; and his brother Dennis Sparkman.
