He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Bastion and Ruth Bastion (Mabry); his former wife Dorothy Bastion; and his granddaughter Heather Lutgen. He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy Stephenson; his wife Judy Bastion (Fleenor); his daughter Debra Lutgen (Mike) of Warrenton, MO; his stepdaughters, Kristi Terry-Lawshee (LJ) of Springfield, MO and Angie Pollard of Marshfield, MO; his brother Donnie Bastion of Meta, MO; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Lutgen (Cindy), Max Terry, Sam Terry, Joe Terry and Boston Pollard. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
