He is survived by: his mother Eva Louise Andrus (Eubanks); his wife Cathy Andrus (Wilson); his daughters, Terry Keithley (Michael), Debra Carlton (Shawn) and Rebecca Hoover (John); his grandchildren, Jordan Keithley (Jailene Melindez), Mackenzie Harris (Mark Ebert), Michaela Keithley (Kendal Hood), Wil Carlton, Abi Carlton, Brendon Hoover, Trenton Hoover, Cooper Harris, Oaklee Hood, Harper Hood and Cashton Hood; and his sister Eva Jackson (John). He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
