Billie Jean Medlin Obituary
Billie Medlin, 69, of Clever passed away on Monday, Feb 22, 2021 at the age of 69. She was born on May 23, 1951 as Maudie Jean Scoby to her birth parents, John and Anna Mae Scoby. She was preceded in death by her birth parents, John and Anna Mae Scoby, her adoptive parents, Bill and Violet Scoby, and her other adoptive parents, Earl and Ann Ennis, her brother Tommy Scoby, and her son Jeffery Medlin.
She is survived by her husband Donald Medlin, whom she had a long happy marriage for 53 years with; her siblings, Bobby Scoby and Shirley Bates; her stepmother, Edith Scoby; her children, Shelly Sessums, Lorrie Irwin, Anita Nickle, and Timothy Medlin; 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and too many to count children, and grandchildren of her heart.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb 26, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. held at Madry Christian Union Church at 3814 State Highway 39, Aurora, MO 65605 under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held Friday from 4:00 p.m. until service time in the church. Graveside Services will be Saturday, Feb 27, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Cardwell Cemetery in Cardwell, MO 63829.
