He was predeceased by: his parents, Thompson Flourney Willis II and Mary Erma Willis (Coleman); and his wife Penny Beryl Willis (Stephenson). He is survived by: his children, David Willis (Stephanie), Josh Willis (Liz) and Grace Willis; his grandchildren, Thompson Flourney Willis IV, Cathleen Willis, Jack and Savannah Willis; and his brother Alex Willis (Linda).
