He was predeceased by: his mother Marlene E. Wyzard (McMahon) of Blue Springs, Missouri; his grandparents, Thaddeus Anthony, Beulah Nadine McMahon (McCrery), Roy Everett and Lucie Irene Wyzard (Dooling); and his stepfather Bill Eager.

He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Yates of Cleveland; his children, Tucker Wyzard of Grandview, Christian Wyzard (Kyndal) of Kansas City, Trinity Wyzard of Cleveland, Missouri and Collin Wyzard of Cleveland, Missouri; his sister Shauna Willoughby of Independence, Missouri; his aunts, Vicky Lewis and Dorothy "Lorene" Ellifrits of Belton, Missouri; and his uncle Phil McMahon of Grandview, Missouri. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, are recommended to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (J.D.R.F) or the National Federation of the Blind, which may be sent in care of the funeral home.
