He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Besser and Anne Besser (Butler). He is survived by: his wife Susan L. Besser (Hammack); his children, Joshua Besser (Crystal), Derrin Coxe (Morgan) and Holly Quigley (Isaac); and his siblings, Al Besser Jr. (Jackie), Mike Besser (Kathleen), David Besser (Pam) and Christine Besser. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
