With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Anthony Dean Cottrell of Clarksville, Missouri, born in Louisiana, Missouri, who passed away on January 21, 2024 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Cottrell, Anna Mae Cottrell, Elmer R. and Martha Niffen; and his uncles, Elmer L. "Buster" Niffen, Donald Cottrell, Glen C. Cottrell, Russell D. Cottrell and Richard D. "Butch" Cottrell.

He is survived by: his parents, John E. Cottrell and Martha A. Niffen Cottrell of Clarksville, MO; his brothers, John Cottrell II (Cheryl) of Clarksville, MO and Brad Cottrell (Stacy) of Troy, MO; his nephew John Cottrell III (Taylor); and his niece Jessica Cottrell.
