He is survived by: his girlfriend Wendy McCormick of Clarksville, MO; his children, Ryan McCormick of Louisiana, MO and Christa McCormick of Clarksville, MO; his grandchildren, Layden, Tinsley, Ashlynn, Rielynn, Kamilah and Kaia; his sisters, Jo Ann Welch of Bowling Green, MO, Elizabeth Welch of Bowling Green, MO, Deanna Lambert of Florida and Tammy Welch of Bowling Green, MO; his aunts, Sharon and Barb Welch; his uncle Jack Welch; and his niece Mari Jane Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
