We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2021, at the age of 69, Joy Taylor of Clarksdale, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joy Taylor to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby and Joy Gregg, Sr. (Nolan); her brothers, Bobby Gregg, Jr. and Ronnie Gregg; and her grandson Jesse Scott.

She is survived by: her son Michael Hughes; her grandchildren, Brittany Hughes and Michael W. Hughes; her great grandchildren, Jalynn Bildeback and Brayden Weiser; her daughters, Christina Jones, Donita Scott and Nicole Taylor; her sisters, Sandra Wilson (Lonnie) and Sherry Karen (Kim); and her close friends, Dave Taylor and Wendy Graves. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to The Noyes Home for Children.

“Pete & I send our deepest sympathy to Joy's family. I met my husband as Joy was playing match maker. I did not know she moved back to MO. What I remember is her talent and her love of dancing. My heart breaks that as we get older we loose contact with those we hold dear. I will miss her. May the Lord keep his arms around her family and give them strength and comfort thru this time.
