He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Howard and Ernest Howard; and his brothers, Lyle, Gene and Bud Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Marva Howard; his children, Vicki Fraze of Clarksdale, Mike Howard of Clarksdale, Barbara Howard of Hamilton, MO, Matthew Weisenburger (Courtney) of Clarksdale and Angie Buskey (Corey) of St. Joseph; and his brother Lynn Howard. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Clarksdale Baptist Church.
