He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue; his son Frank D. Burris (Stefanie); his grandson Gordon M. Burris of Kansas City, MO; his son William M. Burris (Jennifer); his granddaughter Amanda J. Burris of Plattsburg, MO.; and his siblings, Kenneth Burris (Shirley), Clifford Burris (Wilma), Norman Burris, Steve Burris (Janet), Virginia Hooten and Dorothy Heriford (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
