He is survived by: his wife Carlene; his daughters, Jami Bailey (Shane) and Kristin Kunzler; his grandchildren, Heather, Patrick, Michael Bailey, Paige Kunzler, Sarah Spencer and Addison Kunzler-Spencer; his great grandchildren, Korbin Northrup and Mia Matthews; his brother Steven Spencer; his niece Megan Shackelford; and his nephew Jake Corkins. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
