He is survived by: his daughter Kelli Perks (Steve); his son-in-law Darrin Starke; and his grandchildren, Jacinda Wampler (Nicholas), Ashley Flora (Mike), Stephanie Barton (Shane), Nicholas Hogan (Nicole), Kiersten, Ayden, Autumn, Giselle, Sieanna, Ryan, Addie and Brentley.
