He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Davis; his stepfather Charles Davis; his father-in-law Ben Ellis (Jewel); his brothers-in-law, Russell Ellis, Robert Blume and Larry Yates; and his cousins, Harold Glassey and Zelma Glassey.
He is survived by: his wife Linda McArthur (Ellis); his children, Bob McArthur (Heather) and Robyn Lamb (Zachary); his half-brother Gary Davis (Susan); his siblings-in-law, Lucille Blume, Mae Yates, Cloetta Ellis and Raymond Ellis (Shirley); and his grandchildren, Jackson Lamb, Eli Lamb, Hunter McArthur, Micah McArthur and Ryleigh McArthur. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mizell Funeral Home (904 W Washington St, Cuba, MO 65453). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Kinder Cemetery (1454-1650 Highway ZZ, Cuba, MO 65453).
