He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Powell and Lorene Powell (Geiser); and his grandson Colten Powell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Powell; his children, Rick Powell (Laura) of Clarksburg, MO and Tammy Stayton (David) of Syracuse, MO; his sister Francee Tracy of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Meghan Dillon (Dalton) and Tyler Stayton; and his great grandchild Thatcher Dillon.
