She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Marie Pauly (Morss) and Truman Glen Matter; and her brother Samuel Matter. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Lee Ellyson; her daughters, Melissa Ellyson of Clarence, Carrie Elsen (Tom) of Shelbina and Flossie Brinkmann (Cody) of Raymore, Missouri; her grandchildren, Thomas Lorton, Abigail Qualkenbush, Cooper Elsen, Chase Elsen, Trinity Elsen, Evelyn Brinkmann and Chloe Brinkmann; and her sister Judy Dimmit (G. W.). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home-Clarence (415 N Shelby St, Clarence, MO 63437). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Helping Hand of Clarence.
