She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bamman and Ivy Bamman (McAnally); her husband Charles L. Decker; her daughter-in-law Marie M. Decker; her siblings, Mary Morehead, Charles Bamman, Fred Bamman, Catherine Landis, Everett Bamman, Henry A. Bamman Jr., Marjory Pillers, Bob Bamman and Dorothy Bamman; her grandson-in-law Mike Blaise; and her grandson Charles Peter Decker.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Stephen Decker (Steve) of Callao and Teresa Ann Milburn (Philip Milburn) of Macon, MO; her grandchildren, Douglas Milburn (Leigh Ann), Anna Milan, Tamara Wilhoit (Steven), Wendy Roberts (Chris), Lindsey Decker, Kate Clarke (Michael) and Joseph Decker; her great grandchildren, Elyse, Sophia, Dwight Wilhoit, Brett, Shea, Rory Milan, Isabel, Henry, Elanor Roberts and Athena Decker; and her great great grandchild Addison Annmarie Ibabao.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be made to the Locust Grove Cemetery or Tri-County Christian School.
