He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Vernon and Joyce Erlene Sinklear (Foster); his brothers, Dwayne and Darrell Sinklear; and his uncle Tony Meyer.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Ilene Best; his siblings-in-law, Mary Dodd (Pudge) of Shelbyville, MO, Betty Best of Gulf Port, MS and Robert Strotemeyer (Pam) of Keokuk, IA; his aunts and uncles, Ed Sinklear (Pat) of Middletown, MO, Bill Sinklear (Beatrice) of California, MO, Lola Chandler (Larry) of Warrenton, MO and Bonnie Meyer of Washington, MO; and his close friends, Gary Chadwell and Linda Thrasher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clarence Methodist Church or Donor's Choice.
