He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hall and Hazel Hall (Brock); and his siblings, Wayne Hall, Fern Thompson, Dwight Hall and Don Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Twyla Ann Cain; his children, Curtis (Kori) of Kansas City, Missouri and Julie Carnes (Michael) of Overland Park, Kansas; his grandchildren, Sydney Carnes of Pittsburgh, Kansas, Sarah Hall of Kansas City, Missouri, Aaron Hall of Kansas City, Missouri and Jacob Carnes of Overland Park, Kansas; his sisters, Marcina Holstine (Dale) of Mound City, Missouri and Mary O'Phelan of Atlanta, Georgia; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Hall of Oregon, Missouri and Rosemary Hall of Oregon, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
