He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Jean Lowe and Gwendolyn Darlene Lowe (Best); and his siblings, Sheila Raye Lowe and Shelly Gaye Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Michael Lowe (Katie) of Chillicothe, MO and Brooke High (Jamie) of Lawson, MO; his grandchildren, Benjamin High, Brayden High, Bryson High, Jacey High and Josie High; and his siblings, Robert Jeffrey "Jeff" Lowe (Susan) of Broken Arrow, OK, Sheree Roxanne Lowe of Blue Springs, MO and Barry Jean Lowe of Four Seasons, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
