He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Duncan and Clara Mallard Tubbs; and his daughter Kimberly D. Barstad. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lyle Duncan of Chula; his son Ronnie Duncan; his daughter-in-law Kerri Duncan of Chula; his grandchildren, Hannah Barstad and Jordan Duncan; and his sister Gloria D. Sellers.
