She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lewis and Delores Lewis (Childers); and her husband Ronnie. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Westcott (Kati) and Angie Stover (Michael); her grandchild Brooke Westcott; her great grandchild Graham of Chula, Missouri; her grandchildren, Courtney Haakonstad (Hunter) of Chula, Missouri, Skylar of Chula, Missouri and Maci Stover of Chula, Missouri; and her siblings, Jerry Lewis (Donna) of Chillicothe, Missouri and Jackie Bragg of Chula, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
