He is survived by: his wife Glenda Street; his children, Cody Minard of Chillicothe, Missouri, Shyanne Street of Chillicothe and Darlene McIntosh (Chelsa) of Liberty, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jackson Lee William Hollon of Chillicothe, Kallie Bolin of Liberty, Jayden of Chillicothe, Missouri, Carly of Chillicothe, Missouri and Emily Minard of Chillicothe, Missouri; and his siblings, Steven Street of Braymer, Missouri, Ruth Ann Sizemore (Rick) of Wolcott and Debra Coffing (Ron) of Monticello, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
