He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wade and Eunice Landree Wade (Sibbitt); his wife Elois Smith; and his brothers, Leland and Russell Wade.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Wade (Ursula) of Boulder, Colorado and Mary Goodman (Steve) of Higginsville, Missouri. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
