He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Lewellen; his wife Deborah Smith; his daughters, Teresa Smith of California and Gidget Smith of Washington; his stepchildren, Alvin Brandon Ashton (Michelle) of Bevier, Missouri, Shyann Reger, Donna Smith (Chris Curley) and Brenna Reeter (Justin) of Chula, Missouri; and his brother Garland Smith of Wyoming. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
