It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Louise Strange of Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Schneiter and Roxie Schneiter (Dillard); her husband Carmen E. Strange; and her siblings, Melvin, Carl, Bobby, Donald Schneiter and Helen Lieurance.

She is survived by: her sister Bernice Geneva Noble of Boonville, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
