He is survived by: his son Darold Brooks Booth (Katie Booth); his stepson Jonathan Burk Cupples; and his siblings, Sandra Herring (Ron Herring) of Trenton Mo and Thomas B. Booth (Donna Booth) of Chillicothe Mo. He is also survived by one uncle, one aunt, cousins, and several nieces and nephews.
