He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Avery and Lorena Avery. He is survived by: his wife Maria Bush; his children, Meagan Stanhope (James) of Hale, Missouri, Brittany Henson (Leslie) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Haylee Nylin (Derek Fee) and Wade Nylin (Adenia) of Chillicothe, Missouri; his grandchildren, Payton, Paige, James, Kameron, Rowdy, Leslie, Hunter, Wendall and Willy; and his siblings, James McKinney (Teena) of Biggsville, Illinois, Rex McKinney of Oquawka, Illinois and Sharon Dobesh (Mullan) of Bayville. He is also survived by aunts; and lots of nieces and nephews.
