The memory of Sarah Susan Moore of Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on November 7, 2024 at the age of 98, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elva and Eunice Rosabelle Silkwood (McNelly); her husband Red; her grandchildren, Melonie Neidholdt and Jeff Moore; and her siblings, Ralph E. Jr. Silkwood, Elvie Silkwood, Marcus Silkwood, Cloie Mills, Hazel McElwee and Ethel Reid.
She is survived by: her sister Fern Hall of Braymer, Missouri; her close friends, Jim and Jane Trivett of Malta Bend, Missouri; and her cousin Lois Paul of Stet, Missouri. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lindley Funeral Home - Chillicothe (910 Washington St, Chillicothe, MO 64601). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
