He is survived by: his children, Sam Giovinco, Jr. (Lucy) of Flower Mound, Texas and Mary Jo Shields of Meadville, Missouri; his granddaughters, Tara Polonski (Eric) of Austin and Rachel Young of Kearney, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Baylor Young, Sascha Polonski and Siena Polonski.
