She is survived by : her son-in-law Sammie Gardner of Brookfield; her step-son Stanley Goddard (Janice) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, John Gardner of Kansas City, Doug Gardner (Vickie) of Brookfield, Barbara McCullough (Kevin) of Chillicothe, Amy Berry (Lance) of Mena and Julie Simpson (John) of Spickard; her great grandchildren, Jordan Gardner of Brookfield and Kaitlin Small of Kansas City; her great great grandchild Tatum Gardner; her nephews, Charles Head of Independence and Ronnie Head; her great-nephew Tommy Head of Kansas City; her brothers, Raymond and Nolan Head; her daughter Rosa Lee Gardner; and and also Earl Bloss.
